STANDARD delivery charge: £4.99 to UK mainland
Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days. Occasionally it may take longer if the delivery address is difficult to find or in a more outlying area. Orders placed before 1pm are normally packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will normally be packed and dispatched the following day. Orders placed over the Weekend or Bank/Public Holidays will be dealt with by the next working day.
Do you ship outside of the UK?

We will email you when your item/s have been dispatched or you may receive an email from PayPal which will include your tracking number. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances delivery may be delayed, but you will be kept informed via email.
For European orders, please shop as normal and at checkout select your preferred counrty. Prices vary.
Can I choose a different delivery address to my billing address?
Yes! You can choose to change the delivery address during the checkout process. This proves to be especially helpful if you already know you are not going to be at home to sign for the delivery, then you can specify an alternative address such as a work address or your neighbours address, or if it is for a gift it can be sent straight to the recipient! The option to specify a different delivery address to the billing address is available right up until the final confirmation before placing the order.
Do I need to be there to sign for my delivery?
Yes – at TheNordicFashionHouse we want to make sure that YOU or someone you trust gets your order.
We use a secure courier delivery service (usually UKMAIL) and you must specify an address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery. If you know you will not be at home, please use the "change delivery address" option during checkout which enables you to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour, work or business address.
What if I need help with my order or would like to ask questions about particular items?

How are my items packaged?
Our Go-Green Policy
We try to be as eco-friendly as possible by reusing and recycling all our packaging. Your chosen items from our shop may therefore not be packaged in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and absolutely fit for reuse. Everything is carefully checked before it is packaged and sent out to you. Every time we package up your items, we aim for you to be delighted from the moment you open your parcel.
Can I add an extra item(s) to my order?
Yes you can, provided your order has not already been packed by us. Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com to check with us and discuss payment options.
Can I order an item that is temporarily out of stock?
No, if something is temporarily out of stock it cannot be ordered, as we do not take payment for items we do not have in stock in our warehouse.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than being signed for at your address.
When your parcel is shipped by courier, you will receive a text message /email with the tracking link number of your parcel.
The courier company will re-attempt delivery but should there be several failed attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we will have to charge £4.99 for re-delivery.
Do your prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) and what happens if VAT charges do not apply?
Yes, all our prices are quoted in GBP (Great Britain Pounds Sterling) and we take payment in GBP. All prices quoted on our website include VAT.
What is your returns policy?
Although we hope that you will be delighted with your order, we appreciate that there might be times that you want to return items or that the parcel has arrived faulty or was damaged in transit.
To return your product, you should send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss return options.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to qualify for a refund, the returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged.
When sending a product for returns or replacement, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is given, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to clear.
Damaged in transit items will be refunded or replaced provided the original packaging is kept with the original Delivery Label. You will be asked to email a photograph of the damaged item/s and the original packaging. Our Insurance requires us to prove damage in transit in order to claim a full refund which we can then pass onto you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note that every effort has been made to ensure that the colour reproduction of products shown in our Online Store is as close as possible to the original. While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by PC monitors or software used to view the products. All are subject to stock availability, and are subject to change at any time. The title of goods purchased remains with TheNordicFashionHouse until full payment is received and cleared for the item.
